Super Bowl Appetizers Jalapeno Poppers Recipe Low Fat…Looking for a Healthy spin on an appetizer favorite? Yep Jalapeno Poppers have that same Cheesy, Spicy goodness in every bite, but now with less Fat. Oh and looking for a healthy Ranch Recipe…Yep got you covered there to!

Roasted Jalapeno Poppers Recipe Low Fat
Ingredients
- 8 Large Jalapeno Peppers
- 3 oz. low fat Cream Cheese
- 6 oz. shredded low fat Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tbsp crisped Turkey Bacon chopped
- 3 Tbsp chopped Green Onion
Time to Roast some Poppers
- Preheat oven to 425

- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise. Scoop out all of the seeds. When cutting jalapenos, do yourself a favor and put on plastic gloves! NOTE: Whenever cutting jalapenos or any type of spicy pepper, the gloves will save you from burning your eyeballs, or any other type of ‘sensitive’ area on your body! Trust me. I learned the hard way.

- In a medium bowl, mix 3 oz. softened cream cheese, crisped turkey bacon, add 4 oz. cheddar cheese (save the other 2 oz. for later.) Add 2 Tbsp chopped green onion. (Save the remaining 1 Tbsp for later.) Mix/Mash together until well blended.

- Take mixture and stuff jalapeno halves.

- Place peppers in large Oven Safe saute pan.

- Bake for 10 minutes. Pull pan out of oven and top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions. Put back in oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.

- Serve, Dip and Taste the Goodness!! Oooh Yeaaah It’s Finger Lickin Good!
