Here’s What Cha Do…
Mirepoix Time
Rough Chop Carrots, Celery & Onion (Mirepoix) saute in 1 tbsp Sesame Oil in 6 Quart Pot until Onions are Translucent
Broth Time
Add 3 quarts Vegetable Broth and simmer with Mirepoix for 20 Minutes
Strain Time
Strain the Vegetable Broth and Set Aside
Mushroom Time
Remove the Mushroom Stems and fine chop (Stems Only)
Mushroom Time Again
Quarter the Baby Bella’s
Sauté Time
Sauté Mushroom Stems and 3 Sliced Garlic Cloves in 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil in 6 Quart Pot for 2 Minutes
Vegetable Broth Time
Add the Strained Vegetable Broth and bring to a Simmer
Flavor Time
Add 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce and 8 oz sliced Water Chestnuts
Baby Bella's & Scallion Time
Add Baby Bella’s and Chopped Scallions, Simmer for 5 Minutes, Salt & Pepper To Taste
