Portobello Mushroom Recipes Side Easy Dinner Ideas – Looking for that perfect mushroom recipe or a side for your steak or chicken…yep your looking at it now!

If you could only eat a picture! Anyway back to the recipe…

Ingredients:

• 16 oz Portobello Mushrooms 

• 1 1/2 On The Road Eats No Salt All Purpose Seasoning

• 2 Tbsp no salt Butter

• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

• 2 Tbsp Shallots

• 3 Tbsp Parsley

Here is what cha do!

Thick Slice the Portobello Mushrooms, Small Dice the Shallots, Fine Chop the Parsley. Heat sauté pan on Med Hi heat.

Heat butter and olive oil…

add Shallots and sauté for 3 minutes.

Sauté the Portobello Mushrooms for 5-8 minutes.

Thoroughly mix in the Parsley and continue to sauté until all is incorporated about 3 minutes.

Take 1 1/2 of OTRE No Salt Seasoning mix and your on your way to Mushroom Heaven!

Serve as a side dish with your favorite meal, add it as a topping to your steak or eat by itself! There are no rules when its this good!
