Camp Eberhart Staff Night In
When it comes to Mexican food, you can’t go wrong with some Carne Asada! Great protein for the main course or appetizer!
This marinade, and way of cooking chicken, should be on everyone’s menu. Super easy and WOW is all I can say!
Another staple on my table when we have Mexican night at the Reilly’s! Yah, you could buy it pre-made, but why? Super easy and you can use it for anything, burgers, dips or salads, the list goes on and on!
Not really a staple when we have Mexican night at the Reilly’s, but what a Great Addition! You had me at Roasted…Super easy and you can use it for anything, by itself, dips, salads, meat stuffing, the list goes on and on!
What else do you want me to say about Guacamole! Hmm, Yah, a must!
The beans, the beans, the beans. If you don’t have this on your plate, it’s almost not Mexican food, Right!
