Ingredients
Here’s What Cha Do…
Pork MeatBall Time
Mix Pork Sausage, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, toasted sesame seeds, coriander and (chopped white part of scallion, save the green for later)
Set Up Time
Refrigerate the Pork Mixture for 30 minutes covered
Merry Meatball Time
Form Small Meatballs on Aluminum Covered Sheet Pan
Baking Time
Bake in 375° until Pork Meatballs are 145° internal Temperature
Soup Time
6 Quart Sauce Pan Med Hi Heat, Sesame Oil and Chicken Stock, Rough Chopped Turnip Greens and the Rest of the Scallions to a Boil
Sauce Time
Add Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce
Merry Meatball Time
Add the Pork Meatballs, Simmer to Finish Cooking the Meatballs for 10 Minutes
Udon Noodle Time
Bring 6 Quarts Water to a Boil, Reduce and Simmer Udon Noodles until Done
Rinse Time
Rinse the Udon Noodles
Udon Noodle Plate Time
Add Udon Noodle to Your Favorite Soup Bowl
