Leftover Frittata Recipe

Slice up and serve to the family!
Frittata Love It…Keep in mind, this is all leftover sandwich meat and veggies! I even had some leftover corn that I threw in there!
This Frittata Leftover Recipe is a treat for the whole family. Kids and adults can both enjoy this tasty breakfast. To make it is super easy. Saute the meat, onions, and tomatoes in 3 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Then whisk the eggs and milk in a separate bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, heat up the broiler on high. Add the eggs to the saute pan and cook for 4 minutes until the eggs begin to cook. Place the oven safe saute pan under the broiler for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Finish with Parmesan cheese and serve! You can substitute the meat and veggies for any leftovers in the fridge. This is an awesome breakfast that anyone can make and any family can enjoy!
