Still Flavoring Time
Add 2 Beaten Eggs, 1/2 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce and mix thoroughly
Make it Look like Meatloaf Time
Add the Awesome Meatloaf mix to a bread pan and pat firm
Smoke The Loaf
Smoke the Meatloaf for 2 hrs at 190°
Sauce Time
Mix 1/2 Cup Ketchup, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire, 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar and 1 1/2 Tbsp Mustard
Set aside
Turn Up The Heat
After 2 hrs turn GMG up to 425°
Keep on Smokin
Smother the Meatloaf in the Sauce Keep Grilling until internal temp of 165°
Resting Time
