  • 5 Red Potatoes

  • 1 Large Cabbage Head

  • 5 Carrots

  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 4 Cups Beef Stock
