It’s time to share a recipe that you’re sure to love: cubed carne asada, pinto beans, and eggs. It’s simple without being plain, and it’s a perfect meal to make for two. Cook this and enjoy a gourmet meal in your own home!
Carne Recipe Beans Easy Breakfast Recipes
First we are going to prepare the carne. You will need the following ingredients:
Rib Eye Carne Asada

2 pounds Rib Eye or (flank steak if you want traditional)

1 cup of orange juice
-
The juice of 2 limes
-
1/2 cup of beer You Call It
-
2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
-
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-
Fresh ground pepper to taste

1 large yellow onion (sliced)
Directions

In a medium sized bowl mix together the orange juice, lime juice, beer, Soy Sauce, vegetable oil, sliced onion, and freshly ground black pepper.

Pour the marinade over the meat; cover with a plastic film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (I marinate mine for at least 5 hours)
Light up your charcoal grill, or preheat your gas grill.
Remove meat from marinade. Place meat on the grill and cook for 7 to 10 minutes per side. (Cooking time will depend on the meat thickness and your personal preferences, either medium rare or medium or medium well). Remove meat from grill and place it on your cutting board to rest.

Reilly’s Pinto Beans

2 15 oz cans Pinto beans drained and rinsed
-
5 pieces thick cut bacon
-
2 Tblsp of your favorite taco seasoning
-
2 Tsp chopped garlic
-
¼ cup chopped parsley
-
½ small white or yellow onion
-
Fresh ground pepper to taste
-
1 large yellow onion sliced
-
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut bacon into small pieces

Heat saute’ pan on med and cook bacon until almost crisp (Med well)
Add onions and garlic and cook with bacon in bacon fat until translucent
Add beans, taco seasoning and parsley mix until well blended and heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Fry up some eggs to your liking, cube the Carne (Ribeye) and plate!

Garnish with your favorite HOT SAUCE and enjoy! (Leftover beans…awesome for Taco Night or by themselves!
