Santorini Restaurant Detroit Restaurants Reviews – where you go for some good Greek Food in Greek Town Detroit. In Detroit for a Red Wings, Lions or Tigers game or just checking out downtown? Greek Town is a great stop.
When you are down town there are a few options and Santorini for Lunch or Dinner is a great choice. The menu is loaded with all the traditional dishes and a great spot for an inexpensive and good lunch. Voted Best Greek Food Down Town Detroit!
Great location near the Greek Town casino, Ford Field and Comerica Park.

Good size bar with lounge seating and t.v.’s so you can watch the pre or post game feed.

Booths, tables and a private dining room with Greek decoration, makes this a fun place for any size group.
Hostess: Greeted right away and seated immediately, which is what I like.
Server: Great server who was up beat the whole time. Something other Detroit servers could learn from! Even brought us extra sauce without even asking (How did he know)? All in all, a great waiter.
Management: I didn’t know who management was as I was greeted by the hostess and only talked to the waiter and bus boys.
Lunch is great at Santorini. You can get a sandwich or a full meal. Great selection and great pricing for a downtown restaurant.

I had to try the Saganaki, as this is one of my favorite appetizers. Santorini Restaurant Detroit has this down, Really good.

Saganaki is a Greek kasseri cheese flambeed with brandy, super fun as the waiter covers it with Brandy and lights it on fire, all done Table Side. “OPA” Watch those eyebrows!

Looking for a traditional Gyro, Santorini has you covered. Good flavor and they don’t chince on the Meat! Thanks Santorini!

My go to was the Kefta Kabab…Served on a pita style. The good – Super good and some of the best Kefta I’ve had in Detroit. The not so good – Pita bread was stale and not that good, but the Kefta…. wow!
