
Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe Vegetable Recipes
Tired of the same old vegetable recipes…looking to spark up that healthy meal…Look no further Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic is here! Even if you don’t like Brussels sprouts you have to try this as it has a little sweet, a little tang and a little crunch!

Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe Vegetable Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 Lb. Brussel Sprouts
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Take your brussel sprouts. Trim the ends then cut brussel sprouts in half. Leave the outer leaves and any that fall off together as they crisp up nice!

In a large bowl mix together olive oil, balsamic, Old bay, pepper and garlic powder. Add the brussels sprouts and toss evenly with oil and balsamic mixture.

Take a roasting pan or sheet pan and spread out the brussels sprouts, cut side down. Roast in oven for 15 min. After 15 minutes, take pan out and turn the Brussels sprout sand roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until golden browned.
Serve warm, buy themselves or as a side!
