Slice Time
Slice the peeled eggs in half
Scoop Time
Scoop out the yolk into a mixing bowl

Mash the yolk with a fork (do not pulverize) 
Season Time
Mix the Mayo, Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon, Salt, Pepper and Blackened Spice
Rest Time
Cover egg mixture and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes
Pastry Bag Time
Load a pastry bag and tip with the egg mixture
Build Time
Evenly dispense egg mixture into the egg whites
