Balsamic Chicken Recipe Caprese Skillet Chicken – You’re familiar with Caprese Salad, which is a simple Italian salad, made of sliced fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and sweet basil, seasoned with balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper! We are going to replace the Salad part with Chicken and turn this into a Super Good Dinner!

Ingredients
Here’s What Cha Do…
Marinade Time
In a Large Bowl Mix 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 2 Sprigs Rosemary & 4 Sprigs Thyme
Martinate Time
Cover and Marinate in Refrigerator 4 – 24 Hours
Skillet Time
Take out of Marinade (Keep Marinade for the Suace) Sauté Chicken over Med High Heat in 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil, Turning Frequently until Internal Temp of 165°
Balsamic Glaze Time
In a Sauce Pan Bring Chicken Marinade to a Boil
Finish Balsamic Glaze Time
Reduce by Half or Until Glaze Constancy (Do Not Over Cook)
Melt Cheese Time
Take Off Heat and Layer Fresh Sliced Mozzarella Over Chicken Thighs Cover and Let Cheese Melt (About 5 Minutes)
Basil Time
Evenly Layer Basil Over Mozzarella
Tomato Time
Layer Roma Tomatoes, Lightly Sea Salt & Pepper To Taste
Plate Time
With a Spoon Spread the Balsamic Glaze on the Bottom of a Large Plate
EAT “Mangiare” – Garnish with Asiago Cheese and Serve with Baby Broccoli
