Anytime you hear a restaurant is CHEF OWNED, that is the place you want to eat at! And to top it of its a Texas SteakHouse that is a recipe for a WINNING night out!

Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse’s menu is Loaded with all you come to crave from a true steakhouse, with a few BONUS items. The meat is all U.S.D.A Prime and hand-cut in house. Touting their method of preparing the steaks and other meats  ranch hands have been using for over 125 years!

But Chef I am not in the mood for steak, no problem Y.O. has you covered. Soup, Salad, Buffalo, Pork Chops, Wild Game, Chicken & Fresh Seafood all prepared FRESH!

Chef what about the kids? Will burgers, french fries, chicken sandwich or baked potatoes work!

Booths, Tables and a good size restaurant able to accommodate your dinner date for 2 or the whole family!

With a private dining room and banquet facilities if you are looking for your next spot for a party of 20 – 300, yep Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse has you covered.

Hostess:

Greeted right away and seated immediately, which is what I like.

Server:

 Tomas (Could be my Long Lost Brother)! Great server who was up beat the whole time. Talk about a FUN night out, no offense to the other servers at Y.O., but make sure you ask for Tomas, super fun Guy!

Management:

 Almost finished eating and Steve walked up and thanked us for dining with Y.O. and asked how the meal was. Always great when the entire staff really cares if you had a good time (especially from management) Super friendly and again Y.O. hits the BEST service mark!

Ok so we know the restaurant is in a great location and has great ambiance, but now finally –

to the stuff STEAK DREAMS ARE MADE OF!

We will start slow so you can get comfortable! Y.O. is known for their local specialty drinks and local beer.

Its a Texas Steakhouse so of course your getting bread! But go easy, the bread is good but you want room for the reason you are eating here!

Prime Ribeye cooked to perfection…served with seasoned veggies! If your looking for a good Ribeye, you found your place.

Everything at Y.O. is Ala Carte so make sure you order a side of the Tabasco Goat Cheese Grits! Trust me on this one! Chef Street how do you get that Tabasco taste without being super spicy? IM me when you get a chance On The Road Eats would like to know!

Touting Local 100% Pure Texas Angus Beef from 44 Farms that is the side of the menu you want to order from!

And the only meat you want to order on that side of the menu is the Tomahawk Ribeye (THIS IS WHAT STEAK DREAMS are made of!
