This week I go to Italy with On the Road Eats and EAT my way through Italy!! Trattoria Vecchia Roma was by far the BEST restaurant in Roma. The place was super busy (so make sure to get a reservation or you might not get in), buzzing with locals and the FOOD is out of this world. SUPER FUN!

Make sure you order the Prosciutto, Pork, and Mozzarella Cheese appetizer. The BEST Prosciutto in Roma.
You HAVE TO TRY the Bucatini all’amatriciana flambe! A pasta dish so well made you and your taste buds will never forget it. This is made with Fresh Pasta in a light tomato sauce mixed with Parm Cheese. Ask the waiter to get you before they make it, so you can watch them make this fantastic pasta dish.
Ambiance, Food, Service are all top notch and a must visit when you are in Rome Trattoria Vecchia Rome Italy Restaurants Reviews was by far the BEST restaurant in Roma. I had my friend take me here after years of visiting Rome and I’m glad he did. We were quickly seated and our eager server Maria was quick to drop by and great us like family.
