A menu loaded with some great Appetizer, Soup, Salad, Sandwich and Entree options. With a Culinary twist your going to love! What Ala Carte King Crab Legs….served with choice of cocktail sauce, remoulade, or jalapeño mignonette WHO DOES THAT!

Lets Get It On…with a name like Arrogant Butcher what else would you expect, but a Super Good Cheese and Meat Plate! Wait till you see the pics below, WOW!

The Arrogant Butcher – Has a restaurant Ambiance Downtown Phoenix has needed for a LONG TIME! When asked “Chef where do we go to eat in downtown Phoenix”? Answer can you go to eat in Central Phoenix? Now the answer is “The Arrogant Butcher”!

4 Tops, booths, and all in a hip setting that is really fun!

With a Huge Bar, and Lounge seating you can stop in on your own or bring the gang! Great place to hang out, watch a game or just people watch!

Forget about inside the Patio is where its at! But Chef it’s AZ and super hot out! Hold the heat, Arrogant Butcher has misters and it is super comfortable even in the middle of summer. (Patio dining is one of my faves, so thanks Arrogant Butcher for looking out for us Outdoors Foodies)

Fast and Friendly!

Server: Not only friendly, but super fun and I like that. Talk about knowing the menu, front and back and had some great recommendations for one of our friends with dietary needs. She really made our night fun and memorable.

Management/Chef: Totally on it the entire time we where their. Really showed how things work like a machine with good management.

Have you ever ordered Nachos and said where is the meat, wait where is the flavor? Not at The Arrogant Butcher…the SMOKED CARNITAS NACHOS – White Bean, Smashed Avocado, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo is not only super good and full of flavor, and a good size portion for an appetizer – “To Go Box Please”!

Next – CRISPY SHRIMP with Shishito Pepper, Spicy Aioli…WOW! This takes shrimp to another Dimension, super light batter with perfectly cooked shrimp. Could be the best Appetizer in AZ! No really if you like shrimp this is a must try!

Now for the Amazingness…BEEF SHORT RIB STEW Green Chile, Fried Egg, Cornbread! I know right, this dish could go either way Good or Bad. All I can say is SUPER GOOD! WIN WIN…

Did you see the PERFECTLY cooked egg! This is when you know you are in GOOD CHEF’S hands for dinner!

Wait till you try the CHARCUTERIE & CHEESE. Something I crave and love to eat and The Arrogant Butcher puts the C.C. in Charcuterie & Cheese!

PROSCIUTTO AMERICANO, HOT COPPA, and SALUMI are Amazing! Arizona has a new Meat & Cheese Plate that is a MUST TRY!

GOAT BRIE, BLUE CHEESE, AGED CHEDDAR super good and great tasting…You won’t be disappointed.
