Steak Recipes Rib Eye Steak Sandwich Quick Dinner Ideas…Yep and AWARD winning! It’s not only Finger Licking Good, It’s GOUDA GOOD!

Ok, Ok, Ok, how good can a steak sandwich be…UH YA THAT GOOD! Looking for something different than that same old steak night or looking to kick up your lunch! This is the recipe for you, and super easy… you can thank me later!

Steak Recipes Rib Eye Steak Sandwich Quick Dinner Ideas
Ingredients
- 2 80z Rib-Eye Steak
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Blackening Spice
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Onion (Sliced Thick)
- 4 Tbsp Kerry Gold Butter
- 4 Slices of Gouda Cheese (thick cut)
- 2 Tbsp Steak Sauce
- 1 Roma Tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced lettuce
Makes 2 Award Winning Steak Sandwiches

Trim the fat around the corners of the Rib-Eye and then take a meat tenderizer (Mallet), put a piece of plastic wrap over the top and thin the steak out. (We don’t want a super thin steak, just tenderize).

Next, pour the Soy Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce over the steaks. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the Blackening spice and garlic powder over both sides of the steak and set aside.

Cut your French Roll or Baguette in half, and then half again. Evenly spread the Kerry Gold butter on the inside of each piece.

Take a flat skillet and heat on med, place the French Roll inside down. Place a saute’ pan over both pieces to help compress the bread (trust me you will see why later) until golden brow.

Heat a saute’ pan over med-hi heat, add the remaining butter and heat up until the butter starts to brown (NOT BURN). Add your onions and saute’ for a few minutes until almost cooked (still crunchy)!

Turn your grill on Med heat and grill the Ribe-Eye until cooked to medium (flipping to cook both sides).

Flip the Rib-Eye, add 2 pieces of Gouda Cheese to each steak!

Smother the sautéed onions over the steak and garnish with the tomatoes, lettuce and steak sauce, and enjoy!
