Steak Recipes Kerry Gold Butter Ribeye Easy Dinner Ideas Recipes
Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp Kerry Gold Butter
- 2 – 16oz. Rib-Eye Steaks
- 6 Baby Portobell0 Mushrooms sliced
Reilly Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Blackened Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste (taste rub before adding)
Next time you see a sale on Whole Prime Rib-eye buy it and save $$ on your steaks. I usually get a 10 – 14 pound whole Rib-eye and cut the steaks myself, easy to do and you control the size, cut and ya save $$!

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix the steak seasoning ingredients together and rub generously over the Rib-Eye steaks.
Melt the Kerry Gold butter over med high heat in oven safe saute’ pan, just until it starts to brown…
Add steak, saute’ 1 minute and turn over, saute’ for 1 additional minute (total 2 minutes)…
Add the sliced Portobello Mushrooms and place in the oven.
Cook for 5 minutes in the oven and remove (if you like a more done steak cook longer) . Take the Rib-Eye out and let rest for a few minutes. Let the Mushrooms continue to cook while the steak rests. Plate and spoon the mushrooms and butter sauce over the Rib-Eye and enjoy the buttery goodness!
Serve with your favorite vegetables or rice and enjoy! (I garnished my steak with reduced Balsamic Glaze and EXTRA Kerry Gold Butter Sauce and you should to)!
