On The Road Eats visits our friends at the Ambassador Hotel in Jerusalem for some awesome food and fun. I got to see one of the Best Chef’s in Israel, my friend Chef Ahmad Ashayer in Action. In this episode I get the authentic recipe for Shrimp Pomodoro with a twist. I’d say I’m lucky because I get to be there at least two to three times a year, and I have gone back and forth since I was a kid.
The Ambassador is the place to be in Jerusalem not only for the Hotel, but for the FOOD! This says a lot coming from me because being a chef myself….lets face it, no one cooks better than me. The Shrimp Pomodoro with a twist is by far one of my favorite things to eat. It’s healthy, it’s fresh, and it’s fun to make! Why not throw another shrimp on the Barbie and try it out yourself! If you’re looking for something healthy and AWESOME this is it!!!!
The experience of Israel is something you’ll never forget and the organic ingredients the Chefs cook with are the freshest you will find anywhere, hands down, ….no joke! If you get the chance to get out here, don’t pass it up.
