Here is what makes Sheffield Spice & Tea Co. click… Cheryl and Richard Sheffield are childhood friends from Michigan, both with British roots for half of their families. They both have a love for good food, adventurous dining as well as drinking copious amounts of tea (That Makes Them My Kinda People).
They opened their store in Las Vegas in 2013, filling a need for quality spices, teas, oils & vinegars and other gourmet items. Their following grew by word of mouth and online with their reputation for hand-crafted spice blends, fine teas (some which they also blend themselves) and a line of fine spice and tea accessories. As the owners, they control their suppliers, allowing them to have more control of choices, blends, keeping the product fresh and giving you the BEST available in the Spice world.
Four years later, their company has grown to where they are known widely among the local community and sought out by local restaurants, resorts, chefs and just about anybody in search of unique spices and teas. They are always introducing and creating new spices, blends, teas and fun accessories. An example of one of their recipes is Rick’s Chicken Marsala. Not that Chicken Marsala is unique, but their Rick’s Casablanca Seasoning, with its spicy, paprika flavor which makes it more flavorful than many out there.
