Ribeye Steak Marinade Recipe Reilly-Suarez Style
Bomb Diggety and super easy:
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Amber Ale (your choice on this one)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce or More if you like it SPICY!
- 4 1-1/2 lb Ribeye Steaks

Place ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Steak: RIBEYE BABY

Take your bone-in rib eye. Use a large fork to tenderize both sides of the steak, and top with the Reilly-Suarez Marinade. (I even took out one of Mom’s old plates just to relive the good old days)!

Add steak and marinade to a bag and let sit in refrigerator for 1 – 1 1/2 hours. This will help flavor and tenderize the steak. The Amber Ale Beer contains enzymes that help break down tough fibers in meat, making it more tender and flavorful at the same time. This can start in as little as 15 minutes, but I love the extra flavor and always go for the 1-1 1/2 hours.
Grilling Time:
1. Heat grill to medium heat. I love the charcoal grill for this recipe, it gives the steak a great crust and really enhances the flavor. Cook to desired internal temperature. I like mine medium-rare, IT’S RIBEYE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
2. When you flip the steak the first time, add a little marinade for extra flavor.

10. Plate and eat, yep that easy. Try it with a side of Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts SEE THE RECIPE HERE! You won’t believe it, but a moist, melt-in-your mouth steak with flavor in every bite.
