Quartino – is notorious for its distinctive Italian small-plates, awesome old school decor and a fun staff with a ton of buzz anytime, day or night. A great spot for a family dinner, date night or a fun night out with friends.

When you first walk in to Quartino Chicago Italian Restaurants River North you notice a huge bar with a great wine list and spirits from around the world.

…and seats all through the bar, if you want to relax and enjoy a beverage before being seated. Or ask for the menu, pony up and enjoy! One of the best Bar atmospheres in Chicago.

Plenty of seating at Quartino, but they do get busy, especially late on the weekends, so call and make a reservation 312-698-5000, it will be worth it.

Quartino prides itself on Italian small-plates, so make sure you order a couple items and enjoy. Like I said, My favorite Italian Joint in all Chicago because I can sample as much as I want!

DING,. DING, DING, LET’S GET IT ON…

What’s a good Italian Restaurant without a Salumi and Formaggi plate (Meat and Cheese)! My go to is the Prosciutto San Daniele and the Soppressata a MUST! For the Formaggi Gorgonzola and the Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse, WOW! Super fresh and Super Good!

Next we move on to the Roasted Baby Octopus…one of my favorites. I have eaten at Quartino every time I am in Chicago for YEARS and is always cooked perfectly, the spicy flavor is out of this world. I have eaten at some of the TOP seafood restaurants in the WORLD and by far this could be the best.

I told you the food in Chicago and especially Quartino is famous for small-plate Italian so order as many dishes as you like. The Caprese is a must start, Buffalo Mozzarella and Aged Balsamic makes this one of the best in Chicago!

Knife Cut Artisan Sausage is super good! Almost all Italian Restaurants have a sausage dish, but this is the bees knees when it comes to sausage. I am NOT getting paid for any of this, trust me, Quartino Chicago Italian Restaurants River North is my Fave in Chicago!

We’re not done yet and I am HAPPY we can still dig in! Of course we need a pasta, so my go to is the Tortelinni with Alfredo sauce over Prosciutto…AWARD WINNING!
