Mongolian Chicken Recipe Easy Dinner Ideas Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Lbs Bone-less, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 Cup Corn Starch
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sliced Garlic
- 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 4 Scallions Large Chop
- 1 8oz Canned Sliced Water Chestnuts (Drained)
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper (1 Tsp if you like it spicy)
- Favorite White Rice or Fried Rice
- Slice the Chicken Breasts thin and in a bowl incorporate corn starch.
- Grab Grandmas WOK (or your own) and heat the Sesame Oil over Med Hi Heat. Add Chicken and WOK ON! Until Chicken is brown.
- Add Chicken Stock, Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, and Garlic and simmer until sauces thickens.
- Mix the Water Chestnuts, Crushed Red Pepper, and Scallions in the sauce until heated through.
