McMenamins Hillsboro

We have been all over Oregon and LOVE checking out all the different McMenamins Restaurants. They offer an eclectic mix of pubs, historic hotels, movie theaters, concert venues, spas, events and just pure fun!!

There are so many great one’s to choose from, but one of our favorites is located in Hillsboro. Cornelius Pass Roadhouse & Imbrie Hall.

It’s super cool to walk around the grounds, sit outside and have a bonfire, visit the restaurant, a modern-day Imbrie Hall Pub (built from the timbers of Portland’s historic Henry Weinhards brewery).

But our favorite spot is the Little White Shed.  They discovered this shed hidden under overgrown trees, not knowing it was there.

You gotta get there early because it definitely is a “Little” White Shed. There are 2 tables to sit at, so if you don’t get there early, you might not get a seat. This is a cool little place to smoke cigars and sip on some whiskey.
