When you first walk in you are wowed by the ambiance, and the staff that greets you immediately.
Intimate and private seating and some really cool rooms upstairs.
They have a great lunch menu with some great salad/appetizer/entrée selections. Huge scotch list with over 60 varieties available.
With a menu serving Mexican-Italian Fusion Cuisine, you can’t go wrong, Right!
Caprese Fusion – House made fresh Mozzarella, Heirloom tomatoes, Avocado, Aged balsamic, Basil-cilantro fused evoo, ancho chili. Only problem here was… NO CHEESE! How do you forget the MOZZ CHEESE?
Baked Chicken Saltimbocca – Chicken Breast stuffed with Prosciutto, Smoked mozzarella, and Sage, with a Marsala chicken demi glace and Fettuccini pasta. It was good.
Manifesto has the ambiance and staff, but needs work on the food! The chef was in and we had a good talk, including NEVER TO FORGET THE CHEESE on the Caprese Salad! He was a great guy and by far made up the night, along with the entire staff at Manifesto.
Great ambiance, great bar, and the Staff is Awesome, friendly and good food…. well the F.A.S.T. Review speaks for itself!
