Lobster Roll Recipe Dinner Ideas Lobster Recipes

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails or 1 1/2 pounds lobster meat
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 Tbsp chopped Chives
2 Celery stalks and leaves, finely chopped
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 Cup Kale
1 Cup Radicchio
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
4 rolls, split and lightly toasted
Melted butter, for brushing

1. Add butter to a saute’ pan and heat on med-high.

2. Cook the lobster in the tail, in butter, for 5 minutes, or until done, remove from pan and let cool.

3. Remove the meat from the shell, chopping any large chunks into bite-size pieces.

 4. Chop up the celery, parsley and chives into small dice or small pieces.

5.  In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lime juice, celery, chives, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.

6. Place lobster mix in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. This allows all the ingredients to get to know each other better.

7. Brush cut sides of the Italian rolls with melted butter,  and on med hi heat brown both of the insides.

8. Add the kale and Radicchio to the bottom of the bread and layer as much Lobsta as you want. Garnish with Chives and  Texas Pete!
