When you first walk in, there is a warmth to this place that you don’t get in every hotel. The staff is great, the lounge is fun, but let’s get down to business… THE FOOD!
Anytime I can take A CULINARY JOURNEY…COUNT ME IN! Six course Tasting of course, what am I on a diet!!
Course 1: A taste of cheeses, local to Ohio and really didn’t know how good their cheese was until Latitude 41! Local Mozzarella and Goat cheese, accompanied with honey and nuts, I almost thought how can they top this?
Course 2: Yep, they managed to top the cheese plate…..Asparagus soup! Some of the best I’v ever had! Trying to get the recipe from Chef Max, but he won’t budge on this one!
Course 3: Salad…Not just any salad, but a Local Beet, Pesto and Crumbled feta cheese salad!
Course 4: Berkshire pork with Mussels, Shrimp, Tilapia and Lobster…Did I mention the Lobster? SEE BELOW!
Course 4: Yes, we are still on this course, still can’t get over how good this was…Should win an Award or 5!
Course 5: They should really have course 4 as course 5, but tonight I am not the Chef! Super good Hanger steak with broccoli and mashers! For a Hanger steak… SUPER GOOD!
Course 6: AHHH dessert…The Buckeye, Ganache with cayenne pepper. What a great ending to an Awesome meal!
