Joe T. Garcia’s Mexican Restaurants Fort Worth Restaurant Reviews – Mexican food in Texas…ya no thanks I can get it in AZ! But wait, it just got real with the Joe T. Garcia’s and giving us roadies some good Mexican food!
Joe T. Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant – has an awesome story that dates back to 1935. Mr. and Mrs. Joe T. Garcia opened up with a capacity of seating 16, but soon grew into what you see today because of Joe and his personality and of course Mamasuez mouth watering recipes. As the restaurant reputation grew so did the lines of customers that would stop by for some of the Best Mexican food in Fort Worth Texas.
Still today plan on waiting even though they now can seat over 1000, but don’t worry about the size the same love goes into every dish at Joe T. Garcia’s. Think of it as a FOOD ride at Disney Land!
With outside seating in a lush garden, it’s so worth the wait.
There is inside seating for those who like the indoors, but trust me you want to sit out in the yard and get the Full Joe T. experience.
Room for everyone at family style tables. Feels like your in your own backyard…
Once you are seated, some of the fastest service around. We had a party of 15 and Joe T’s was full and they never missed a beat. Great Service.
Enough about the ambiance and service, even though it really is spectacular lets get down to why we are all here the FOOD and TASTE! You start out with cheese nachos. Now this is not your bar nachos, these are the size of tostada shells covered in cheddar cheese with chillis. WOW you can eat these all day.
Did you say fresh guacamole…Oh man and do I mean FRESH! Love when restaurants know how to do it right and keep it chunky. Super good!
Then we move into the enchiladas. Smothered in home made red sauce and cheese and flavored to perfection. (I’m going back as my pictures don’t do it justice)!

Wait we are not done yet! Then comes the beef tacos. HOME MADE beef tacos and super good.
…The home made beans are some of the best I have ever had. As you can see even the simple foods can Shock and Wow you when done right.
Perk #3 live music and again ambiance that will make you want to sleep over!
