- 1 tsp Prime Rib Rub
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcester Sauce
- 1 tsp Pickapeppa Sauce
- 1 Roma tomato sliced
- 1/2 White onion sliced
- 3/4 cup Garlic Dill Pickle Chips
- 1 egg
- 6 slices of Gouda cheese

You can choose to make 3 – 4 large hamburger patties or 5-6 smaller patties, depending on your appetite.

Whisk the egg, make sure you whisk until the egg is nice and fluffy. In a bowl Combine your meats, spices, egg, Worcester sauce and Pickapeppa Sacue. Mix all of these ingredients lightly but be careful not to over mix – this will cause your patties to fall apart!

Form your patties, place them on a grill on medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes each side. Optional: top each patty with grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

I like to go med with fresh sirloin and Lamb, but feel free to cook your burger to the temp you like. You can also cook the turkey bacon while the patties are on the grill.

Slice your veggies, take the cheese rolls and slice them in half. Then place them inside down on the grill and allow for the buns to get nice and toasty.
While the buns are toasting, take 3 slices of turkey bacon and place on each patty. Then place 2 slices of Gouda cheese on the patty and allow the cheese to melt over the bacon. When the cheese melts, remove the rolls and patties from the grill and form your burger! Gouda Goodness Burger Recipe

Serve with chips, fries, or your favorite side dish. Don’t forget to include your favorite sauces for dipping and some spicy pickles for a flavor punch!
