Gorgonzola Burger with Kale Tomato Corn Salad – I feel like a BURGER….but I’m trying to lose weight. How about we turn that dream into a reality. Let’s create a bun-less burger with so much taste, you will forget about the bun..AND..that you are dieting! WIN..WIN!

Gorgonzola burger with Kale tomato corn salad
For this recipe, you will need the following:
Gorgonzola Burger
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
1. Take the ground beef and form into 2 patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Pour Worcestershire Sauce on each patty to marinate on each side. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on each side as well. Heat BBQ grill to 400 degrees.

2. While ground beef is marinating, make your Kale, tomato, corn salad.
Kale tomato corn salad
- 3 Cups Kale, chopped
- 1 Cup Cherub Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Sweet Corn
- 1/4 sliced Red Onion
- 2 Tbls. Olive Oil
- 1 Large Avocado, sliced
- 1/2 Cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbls. Balsamic Vinegar
3. Put kale in a bowl and add the olive oil. Massage together, until soft.

4. Add tomatoes, corn, onions and bacon to the bowl and mix together. Top with sliced Avocado and balsamic vinegar dressing.

5. Throw burger patties on the grill. When burgers are almost cooked to your liking, top with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles and melt for 2 minutes.

Plate and enjoy!!
