This week I go to Italy with On the Road Eats and EAT my way through Italy!! It’s not easy finding a great Florentine Steak Restaurant, but I did the Il Latina! They have a Florentine Steak that is Rich, Flavorful, and so tender you can cut it with a spoon.

I call it the “Italian T- Bone” right or wrong the name is catchy and the Steak SUPER AWESOME!
What you will need for a night out at Il Latini in Flornace, Italy…Reservation, Reservation, Reservation…… along with a big appetite and a Ready to have a FUN night attitude!
A super cool place as you get to sit with other people from around the world, tell stories, listen to other languages, and have a true family dining experience.
2 Ways of eating at the Il Latini, Fixed menu or the Al a Carte menu! Go with either, but the Ala Carte is my choice!
Here is how and what you should order!
Start out with the Prosciutto, Salami, and melon! To start out a meal this way, is the only way to do it! You can also try the Caprese salad depending on how hungry you are. The meat is fresh and some of the Best Salami I had in Italy.
Next the Grand Daddy of Steak in Italy…Steak Florentine “The Italian T- Bone”! They serve it Medium Rare and it is perfect…A Must Try! You must also try the home made white beans in tomato sauce…WOW!

Served Biscotti and an Italian wine to dip in for dessert…OH YEAH! A great touch to a perfect meal, leaving you wanting more…If I could have stayed and done it all over again that night, I would have!
