Downtown Las Vegas is getting better every day and the addition of Eat, makes the journey even better. Off the strip, but worth the cab ride!
When you first walk in, you are greeted with an open and roomy dining room with that hip feel of Vegas. And when you are greeted the minute you open the door with a smiling face, even better! (Eat has some of the BEST service in all of Vegas)

Booths, tables, and seating overlooking the kitchen is a great touch! I love the open kitchen and the fun they all have cooking up some of the best breakfast’s in Vegas! One of the best in Las Vegas.
Not feeling like eating inside, EAT has a few tables on their outside patio that you can enjoy! Patio breakfast at its best!

NOW the best part of EAT…EATING the food! All the comfort breakfast and lunch staples with that modern twist. From Soups, Sandwiches, Salads, Eggs ALL DAY, Veggie Burgers to Chili all boasting fresh and local ingredients. Something for EVERYONE on the menu at EAT!
EAT the special of the day…so with a full menu loaded with all the goodies, our waitress was super fun and excited about the specials of the day. She started with Corned and I said YES PLEASE…Eat had homemade corned beef and hash with two eggs and Texas Toast as the days special (I told you I said YES after Corned)! Homemade corned beef and hash, BEST BREAKFAST IN VEGAS!
Another super good and must order is the Huevos Motulenos with two fried eggs, red & green new Mexican chili, 12 black beans, peas, feta, & sauteed bananas on corn tortilla. I know it tastes that GOOD too! A spin on Huevos that I have never had and now tell everyone that goes to EAT that is what they should order!
Don’t forget the Passion Fruit Iced Tea…OOH YEAH!
