Cheese Ravioli Recipe Easy Dinner Ideas Recipes- An Italian dish made by the Irish….What??? Chef Reilly’s at it again. An original recipe taken from an old Italian favorite.

Cheese Ravioli Recipe Easy Dinner Ideas Recipes
These are the ingredients you will need:
- 5 oz Diced Pancetta
- 1 1/2 Cups White Wine
- 5 Tbls. Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbls. Pepper
- Sea Salt, optional (The Pancetta is salty by itself.)
- 2 Tbls. Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 2 Tbls. Fresh Garlic, sliced
- 2 Tbls. Shallots, finely sliced
- 1 Tbls. Basil, rough chopped
- 1 1/3 Tbls. Parsley, finely chopped
Ravioli
- 1 Lb. 4 oz. Four Cheese Ravioli

1. Add 1 Tbs. Olive Oil to saute’ pan, then add the Panchetta. Cook on med-high heat until browned. Drain fat and set aside.
2. Add 4 Tbls. Olive Oil to saute’ pan and heat over med-high heat. Add the Garlic and Shallots to the pan and saute’ for 1 minute. (Or less, do not burn.)
3. Add the White Wine to your pan, and reduce for 5 minutes, letting all the flavor combine.
4. After 5 minutes, add your cooked Pancetta, Parsley and Pepper, and simmer for 3 minutes. Take off heat and set aside.
Ravioli time…
5. Bring 4 Qts water to a boil, add the Ravioli, boil 4 – 5 minutes, until desired tenderness. Drain.
6. Plate and garnish with Fresh Basil and Sun Dried Tomatoes.

Cheese Ravioli Recipe Pancetta Sun Dried Tomatoes – This is a great Ravioli dish your enter family will love. Easy to make and you can add garlic bread as an extra.
