Cheese Board Recipes Brunch Ideas Cheese Tray
Ingredients:
- 3oz Hot Sopressata (Columbus)
- 3oz Prosciutto (Columbus)
- 3oz Dry Coppa (Columbus)
- 5 oz Where Gouda Meets Parm (Vincent)
- 5.5 oz Chevre Goat Cheese (Silver Goat)
- 5oz Burrata Fresh Mozzarella (BelGioioso)
- 5oz Gorgonzola (Stella)
- 5oz Mature Irish Cheddar (Wexford Creamery)
- 5oz Brie Couronne (Henri Hutin)
- Garlic Stuffed Olives (Guiliano)
- Capers (Crosse & Blackwell)
- Green Olives Tapenade (Elki)
- Farmer’s Garden Bread & Butter Chips (Vlasic)
- 1 Sourdough Baguette
- 1/2 Tbsp Basil
- 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Italian Herb Mix
There is no right or wrong way of creating a Cheese Board Recipes Dinner Ideas Cheese Tray – Take all the cheese or some of the cheese, the meat, and place them on the board! Use your creative side to make it POP!
I roll the Prosciutto and fan out the slices of Sopressata and Dry Coppa.
Cut the Baguette into 1/2 inch slices and spread the Tapenade over the slices. I only use half and then have half naked so you can use it almost like a cracker for the cheese!
