Has to be the BEST Burrata e Prosciutto I have had in a long time especially in the USA! The Prosciutto super fresh, and the Creamy Burrata is what you come to Casa Nostra Los Angeles for…YES THAT GOOD!
Build your own Pasta Ok! Let’s go with the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken! Again this is a true Italian Restaurant with fresh Pasta cooked Al-Dente and a light cream sauce that is out of this world!
Now the star of the night, the Osso Bucco…Having owned an Italian Restaurant and ordering Osso Bucco whenever I see it on the menu, I am an expert on the good, the bad and the ugly. The Casa Nostra gets an EXCELLENT for their Osso Bucco. And the Mushroom Risotto PERFECT! Wow, I we need a Casa Nostra Arizona!
Had to put this in as I said one of The BEST I have had and almost tried to eat the bone!
A great end to a ROCK STAR Italian Meal…Creme Brule the right way.
