Carmine’s Chicago
A lot to live up to with a name like Carmine’s!
Carmine’s Chicago … the Best Veal Saltimbocca in Chicago, you outdid yourself again! Another staple when visiting Chicago!
Since 1994, Carmine’s has been Chicago’s destination for exciting gatherings, spirited nightlife, celebrity sightings, and of course, an unforgettable dining experience.
I know it’s a tourist area, but some of the best restaurants are in the tourist areas. Located on Rush close to everything, this makes for a pleasant lunch or dinner stop any day or night.

Carmine’s Chicago
Now back to the food, The Best Veal Saltimbocca in Chicago and I mean it. Thin cut veal with Prosciutto over homemade tomato sauce and covered in cheese, served with fresh pasta…
Just look at the picture, that alone should get you on a plane to Chicago!
You also need to try the Mussels in white wine and garlic to start and try the Square Noodles, even the Salads are awesome. You can thank me later!
They have a great lunch menu with some great salad/appetizer/entrée selections. Huge wine list and some specialty drinks through the year.
There is great seating inside or a fun patio where people watching is a must! The ambiance is spectacular with outside seating or inside by the bar. Great service and a fun place to hang out or have a romantic dinner. They have large open dining rooms great for parties, from brunch to late-night dinners.
Great ambiance, great bar, and the Staff is Awesome, friendly and fast and the food well the F.A.S.T. Review speaks for itself!
