Bangers and mash, is a traditional British Isles dish made of mashed potatoes, sausages and gravy. A variety of flavored sausage made of pork or beef or chicken are usually used. It is sometimes served with onion gravy, fried onions, baked beans, peas or cabbage. My family made this the IRISH way with a we bit of beer! Try it you will want this not only on St. Patrick’s day, but all year around.
