Aunt Bons Balsamic Dressing – It’s a New Year and I’m looking for an easy and good dressing…. cool count me in! How about a Balsamic dressing with a twist! What’s the twist…Aunt Bons original Balsamic dressing that’s what! Ok…I’ll try that!!!
Aunt Bons Balsamic Dressing
For this recipe, you will need the following:
Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbls. Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbls. Honey
- 2 Whole Shallots, rough chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 Whole Cloves Garlic, rough chopped
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin olive oil
This recipe will last you through the week.
1. Take all of your ingredients and put them in a bowl to be minced. I prefer to use a hand blender, or you can use a blender or regular or Robot Coupe.

2. Blend until emulsified, about 1 minute, until everything is incorporated.

…Let set for a minimum of 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
This is a great tasting dressing that is healthy and fresh! Add it to your favorite salad or use it as a dip!
