Always a blast seeing Chef Ashayer as he is always impressing with his appetizers. Chef brought me out his foccacia pizza with olive oil, rosemary and loaded with garlic! Ya.. it’s that good!

Of course even the Salads have that fine dining touch, with perfectly chopped organic vegetables and a light dressing.

If you are a Filet lover, then you have to try the Ambassador Hotel Jerusalem Al-Diwan Restaurant, as it is one of the best tasting I have had in Jerusalem. The peppercorn sauce is amazing and those fresh chips, Two Thumbs Up!

Everyone knows I love Lamb Chops and Chef Ashayer always puts his touch on this classic dish! He is still keeping it a secret, but when I find out, the WORLD will know!

Yes that good, I snuck back in the next night just to have more! If there is one item you should order…it’s the Lamb Chops!
