- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 8oz packet of prosciutto or cut fresh from your local meat market

Directions:
- Take the Porterhouse steaks and sprinkle both sides of each with the Snider’s Prime Rib Rub; let sit for 30 minutes.
- Wash and trim the bottom (about ¼) of the asparagus. Take your prosciutto out and cut each piece in half. Wrap each asparagus with half of the prosciutto until all the asparagus are wrapped.
- Put wrapped asparagus on a tinfoil lined baking tray and set aside.
- Soften the butter in the microwave. Then take 2 tablespoons and heat up at medium heat in a saute pan. Saute garlic, shallots, and parsley until shallots are translucent.
- Let the mixture cool and add to the softened butter. Mix with a fork until incorporated (do not over mix).
- Take saran wrap and lay it out on the counter. Add the butter mixture and wrap to make a butter log (think of a Tootsie Roll wrapper). Refrigerate the butter to set up.
- Heat up your grill to medium high and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bake the asparagus in oven for 10 minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp.
- While the asparagus is cooking, cook the porter house on the grill 3-5 min and turn at 45 degree angle on the same side to give grill marks. Turn the steak and repeat. (Size and thickness of your steak will dictate the cooking time, so adjust accordingly.)
- Break out your favorite plates, forks, and knives. Plate up!
- Cut a ¼ or ½ inch thick piece of the herb butter and put it on the steak when plating. The butter will melt and give you a flavor you will love.
